I have strong knowledge about documentation as per BIS and FSSAI requirements, maintain Quality system & Food Safety Management Systems requirements, PRP requirements & Additional requirements, Prepare RCA-CAPA for Customer Complaints, Market Sample Failure, Gap Audits of PCI, Internal & External Audits And

also good experience of NPD (New Product Development), New Formulation and
Strong Knowledge about Operation of Water treatment, Process , CSD line, HF line, CAN Line & Aseptic Line and
Actively involved in Green Field Projects and Commissioning & Qualification of New machines (Pasteurizers, Mixer, Homogenizer, CIP sections, Blending & Syrup Section, WTP & ETP Section .
