Studied marketing strategy, consumer behaviour, market research, brand management, digital marketing, strategic management, business communication, and entrepreneurship. Developed strong analytical, communication, research, and stakeholder engagement skills through coursework, presentations, and group projects. These competencies provide a solid foundation for programme coordination, community engagement, project implementation, and development communication in the NGO and international development sectors.
Completed an MSc in Development Management with a focus on sustainable development, project management, development policy, urban and community development, climate resilience, monitoring and evaluation, and social policy. Strengthened skills in project planning and implementation, stakeholder engagement, research, policy analysis, programme monitoring, and evidence-based decision-making through coursework, case studies, and applied research. Developed the capacity to design, coordinate, and evaluate development interventions that promote inclusive and sustainable community development.
Work & Experience
Deliver English Language, Mathematics, and Social Studies lessons in line with the Ghana Education Service curriculum. Develop learner-centred instructional materials, monitor student performance, prepare progress reports, and engage parents and school leadership to support learning outcomes. This role has strengthened my skills in training facilitation, communication, record management, stakeholder engagement, and performance monitoring.
Coordinate district-wide youth programmes across multiple local assemblies by supporting activity planning, stakeholder communication, meeting coordination, and programme documentation. Prepare official correspondence, consolidate reports from local assemblies, record minutes, and assist in organising leadership training, retreats, and community outreach initiatives. This role has enhanced my project coordination, reporting, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
Supported the implementation of youth-focused development programmes, including the Rescue the Girl initiative, which promoted girls' education, empowerment, and wellbeing. Coordinated educational outreach activities, stakeholder engagement with schools and partners, programme documentation, budgeting support, monitoring activities, and reporting.
