Key Duties and Responsibilities (Job Description)
The Showroom Attendant will be responsible for:
Customer Service
- Welcoming and assisting customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Providing accurate information about products, pricing, availability, and promotions.

- Assisting with stock tracking and inventory management.
- Monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages to management.
- Supporting receiving, labeling, stocking, and organizing products.
- Conducting stock counts and assisting with inventory audits.
Sales and Marketing
- Promoting products and services to customers to increase sales.
- Supporting sales campaigns, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
- Assisting in achieving showroom sales targets and performance objectives.
