🎯 Key Responsibilities

Health & Safety Management

  • Develop and implement effective workplace safety systems
  • Monitor health, safety, and sanitation practices across the factory
  • Ensure proper use of PPE by all employees

Compliance & Reporting

  • Investigate workplace accidents and prepare detailed reports
  • Prepare monthly safety and sanitation reports
  • Ensure first aid boxes are fully stocked and accessible

Training & Awareness

  • Organize toolbox talks and safety training sessions
  • Conduct induction/orientation for new employees
  • Collaborate with HR and Safety Committees on compliance initiatives

Workplace Supervision

  • Supervise cleaning teams to maintain safe working conditions
  • Advise management on safety-related improvements

🧑‍🔧 Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
  • Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety (OSHA, NEBOSH, or equivalent)

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in manufacturing

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of workplace safety standards
  • Excellent reporting and investigation skills
  • Ability to train and influence teams on safety practices
  • Good organizational and communication skills
