Role SummaryReporting to the Chief Investments Officer, the Head of Investment would be responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational oversight of the organization’s investmentsJob Responsibilities

Prioritized responsibilities of the Head of Investments include the following:

• Guide strategic decision-making regarding investments and portfolio allocations
• Oversee the full lifecycle of investment transactions from deal sourcing to exit
• Lead comprehensive due diligence (financial, legal, technical, ESG) on prospective investments
• Build and lead a high-performing team to originate, analyse, structure, close, manage and exit investments
• Ensure alignment with governance frameworks and internal investment policies

Qualification Required & Experience

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role in private equity, investment banking, project finance or mining investment
• Master’s degree in Finance, investment, Economics, Business Administration or a related field
• Relevant professional certifications & membership in professional associations such as CFA, CA, FRM, ACCA or equivalent in Ghana or abroad would be an added advantage
