Key Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize battery energy storage systems (BESS) for grid-scale applications.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments for energy storage projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate BESS with solar and wind energy systems.
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements for efficiency and reliability.
  • Ensure compliance with national and international energy safety standards.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in battery chemistry, thermal management, and power electronics.
  • Experience with energy storage software tools (e.g., HOMER, MATLAB/Simulink).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for system optimization.

Education
