Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Renewable Energy Project Manager to lead and oversee the successful execution of our renewable energy projects in Ghana. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of project management principles, a deep knowledge of renewable energy technologies, and a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resources.
  • Oversee the execution of renewable energy projects from inception to completion.
  • Manage project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant Ghanaian regulations, environmental standards, and safety protocols.

Education

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in project management, with at least 3 years specifically focused on renewable energy projects. Experience working in Ghana or similar emerging markets is a significant advantage.
