Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Geospatial Analyst to join our team in Kintampo, Ghana. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting geospatial data to inform urban planning and development decisions. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading organization in the field of geospatial technology and contribute to the development of sustainable and resilient cities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret geospatial data to inform urban planning and development decisions
  • Develop and implement spatial models to predict and analyze urban growth and development patterns
  • Collaborate with urban planners, policymakers, and other stakeholders to ensure that geospatial data is used effectively to inform decision-making
  • Develop and maintain geospatial databases and data systems to support urban planning and development efforts
  • Provide training and technical assistance to urban planners and other stakeholders on the use of geospatial technology and data

Required Skills:

  • Master’s degree in Geospatial Technology, Urban Planning, or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in geospatial analysis and urban planning
  • Strong knowledge of GIS software and spatial analysis techniques
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
