Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data governance policies, procedures, and standards that ensure the quality, integrity, and security of our data assets.
- Work closely with our data management team to ensure that our data management practices are aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain data governance metrics and reports to measure the effectiveness of our data governance practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize data governance initiatives that align with business objectives.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate stakeholders on data governance policies, procedures, and standards.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in data governance, data management, or data analytics.
- Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Education
