Job Overview

The Geospatial Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting geospatial data to support decision-making and problem-solving. This will involve working with a variety of data sources, including satellite and aerial imagery, GPS data, and other geospatial datasets.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in geospatial analysis and a proven track record of working with geospatial data. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret geospatial data to support decision-making and problem-solving
  • Work with a variety of data sources, including satellite and aerial imagery, GPS data, and other geospatial datasets
  • Develop and maintain geospatial databases and data models
  • Collaborate with other teams to integrate geospatial data into decision-making processes
  • Communicate complex geospatial data and analysis results to non-technical stakeholders

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Geospatial Science, Geography, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 5 years of experience in geospatial analysis and data interpretation
  • Strong background in geospatial data analysis and interpretation
  • Experience working with geospatial software, including ArcGIS and other GIS platforms
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Geospatial Science, Geography, Computer Science, or a related field

Experience

5 years of experience in geospatial analysis and data interpretation
