Job Overview

The Digital Banking Transformation Lead will spearhead the design, development, and implementation of cutting‑edge digital banking products and platforms that enhance customer experience, improve operational efficiency, and drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of digital banking projects, from concept through launch and post‑implementation optimization.
  • Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics in partnership with business stakeholders.
  • Manage agile development cycles, ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality digital solutions.
  • Collaborate with compliance and risk teams to embed regulatory requirements into digital products.
  • Oversee integration of third‑party fintech solutions, APIs, and emerging technologies such as AI and blockchain.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for innovation.
