Job Overview

The Head of Digital Banking Transformation will lead the design, development, and execution of the bank’s digital strategy in Ghana, ensuring seamless integration of cutting‑edge technologies across all banking channels. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital banking roadmap aligned with the bank’s strategic objectives.
  • Lead cross‑functional project teams to deliver mobile, internet, and API‑based banking solutions on time and within budget.
  • Partner with technology vendors, fintech startups, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and innovation.
  • Analyze customer data and market trends to identify new digital product opportunities.
  • Oversee change management initiatives, including training, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as digital adoption rates, transaction volumes, and customer satisfaction.

Education

Experience

Minimum of eight years of progressive experience in digital banking, financial technology, or related fields, with at least three years in a senior leadership role overseeing large‑scale transformation projects. Experience within a multinational bank or a fintech environment in Africa is a strong advantage.

Salary
