Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive network optimization strategies to improve coverage, capacity, and throughput for 4G and 5G services.
- Lead performance monitoring, KPI analysis, and root‑cause investigations to identify and resolve network issues.
- Collaborate with RF, planning, and core network teams to design and implement optimization projects, including antenna tuning, parameter adjustments, and software upgrades.
- Manage a team of senior engineers and analysts, providing mentorship, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities.
- Coordinate with vendor partners and external consultants to ensure alignment with industry best practices and technology standards.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for senior leadership and regulatory bodies.

Required Skills
- Deep expertise in LTE and 5G network architecture, RF planning, and performance optimization.

Education
