Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive drive‑test and performance analysis to identify network bottlene​ bottlenecks and coverage gaps.
  • Develop and implement optimization plans for radio access network (RAN) and core network elements.
  • Collaborate with radio planning and engineering teams to fine‑tune parameters such as antenna tilt, power settings, and handover thresholds.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reports for senior management.
  • Lead troubleshooting initiatives for complex network issues, coordinating with field technicians and vendor support.
  • Participate in 5G rollout projects, ensuring optimal integration with existing LTE infrastructure.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and interns.
  • Stay updated on emerging telecom technologies, standards, and best practices.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in network performance tools (e.g., TEMS, NEMO, Atoll).
  • In‑depth knowledge of LTE, 5G NR, and core network architectures.
  • Experience with drive‑test data processing and KPI analysis.
  • Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills for cross‑team collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Education
