I was admitted into the Master of Philosophy in Economics Programme at the University of Education, Winneba in 2018 and completed in 2020 with a 3.0 CGPA. My thesis analysed household cooking fuel choice and expenditure in Ghana using the Ghana Living Standards Survey 7 (GLSS7). The study observed that education status, area of residency, household size and age of household head were all statistically significant in explaining the adoption of wood, charcoal and electricity in cooking as opposed to LPG by households.
