Job Overview

The Coca-Cola Company is looking for a detail-oriented Financial Accountant – Manufacturing & Distribution to support its finance operations in Sunyani. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate accounting records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will collaborate with operations and management teams to support budgeting, financial planning, and performance analysis. This role plays a critical part in ensuring transparency and efficiency in financial processes across distribution and sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Maintain general ledger accounting records and journal entries

Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting

Ensure tax compliance and regulatory financial reporting

Conduct cost analysis and expense monitoring

Support internal and external audit procedures

Monitor cash flow management and financial transactions

Implement internal financial controls and compliance policies

Required Skills

Strong understanding of IFRS accounting standards

Experience with ERP accounting systems and financial software

Excellent financial analysis and reporting skills

Ability to manage financial data accuracy and compliance
