Project Overview

World University Service of Canada (WUSC), under the ACTIVATE Project, is inviting qualified and experienced service providers, agencies, or consultants to submit proposals for a consultancy assignment involving the design and production of event stages, branded backdrops, exhibition booths, and project visibility materials.

The selected consultant or firm will support project events through high-quality branding, creative event production, and professional visual communication materials aligned with project objectives and donor visibility standards.

Consultancy Purpose

The purpose of this consultancy is to design, develop, and produce visually compelling event and branding materials that support successful implementation of ACTIVATE Project activities, conferences, exhibitions, workshops, stakeholder engagements, and public awareness events.

The consultant will ensure all event materials maintain professionalism, brand consistency, and effective audience engagement.

Key Duties and Responsibilities (Terms of Reference / Job Description)

The selected service provider will be responsible for:

Event Stage Design & Production

• Coordinating installation and dismantling activities where applicable.

Backdrop Design and Production

• Producing durable and professional-quality materials for indoor and outdoor use.

Exhibition Booth Design

• Developing innovative exhibition booth concepts to maximize audience engagement and project visibility.

• Supporting booth layout planning and visual presentation.

Project Branding Materials

• Designing and producing:
