Job Description (Key Duties & Responsibilities)

School Administration & Daily Operations

The Preschool Administrator will:

  • Oversee the daily administrative operations of the preschool
  • Ensure smooth coordination of academic and operational activities
  • Maintain effective systems for school records, attendance, and student documentation
  • Support overall school management and continuous operational improvement

Teacher Supervision & Academic Support

  • Supervise and support teachers and teaching assistants to maintain high educational standards
  • Monitor:
    • Lesson plans
    • Classroom activities

    • Learning outcomes
  • Ensure teaching methods align with early childhood education standards and curriculum requirements

Student Admissions & Enrollment Management

  • Coordinate and manage the school admission and enrollment process

Parent Communication & Engagement

  • Maintain strong communication with parents and guardians regarding:
