Job Overview
BirdLife International Ghana seeks a passionate Wildlife Ecologist to lead conservation initiatives in Tarkwa. This role involves conducting field research, developing conservation plans, and fostering community engagement to protect Ghana’s natural heritage. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field surveys and ecological assessments to monitor wildlife populations.
- Design and implement conservation strategies for endangered species and habitats.
- Collaborate with local communities to promote sustainable land-use practices.
- Prepare scientific reports and presentations for stakeholders and funding bodies.
- Coordinate with government agencies to enforce environmental regulations.
