Job Overview:Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sustainable Agriculture Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sustainable agriculture practices across our operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, and collaborating with stakeholders to promote sustainable agriculture practices in Ghana.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sustainable agriculture practices across our operations
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to promote sustainable agriculture practices in Ghana
- Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for improving agricultural productivity and reducing environmental impact
- Develop and implement training programs for farmers and other stakeholders on sustainable agriculture practices
Required Skills:
- Master’s degree in Agriculture or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in sustainable agriculture
- Strong knowledge of sustainable agriculture practices and industry standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
