Key Responsibilities

• Execute procurement strategies to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and packaging components.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with local and international suppliers to achieve cost savings.
• Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to align procurement schedules with manufacturing needs.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and manage the digital inventory tracking system.
• Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks through proactive market analysis.

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Procurement Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related business field is mandatory. Professional certification such as CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) is highly preferred.

Experience

Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably within the manufacturing or FMCG sector. Experience working in the Savannah Region or similar environments is an advantage.

Salary

The monthly salary for this position ranges from SSP 8,500 to SSP 12,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
