We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sustainable Agriculture Specialist to join our team in Nsawam, Ghana.

Job Overview

The Sustainable Agriculture Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sustainable agriculture projects in Ghana.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agriculture and experience working in a developing country.

The position will involve working closely with local farmers, extension agents, and other stakeholders to promote sustainable agriculture practices.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sustainable agriculture projects in Ghana

Work closely with local farmers, extension agents, and other stakeholders to promote sustainable agriculture practices

Conduct research and analysis to identify best practices in sustainable agriculture

Develop and implement training programs for farmers and extension agents

Monitor and evaluate project progress and impact

Required Skills

Master’s degree in Agriculture or related field

5-7 years of experience in sustainable agriculture

Strong background in agriculture and experience working in a developing country

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or related field

Salary
