We are seeking an experienced Agricultural Extension Officer to join our team in Cape Coast, Ghana. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and training to farmers on best practices in agriculture, as well as promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and training to farmers on best practices in agriculture
- Promote our products and services to farmers and other stakeholders
- Conduct field demonstrations and trials to showcase our products and services
- Collect and analyze data on crop yields and other agricultural metrics
- Develop and implement extension programs to promote sustainable agriculture practices
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in agricultural extension or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with farmers and other stakeholders
