Education
A Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, or an MBA is highly preferred. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field with significant specialized experience will also be considered.
Experience
Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in human resources, with at least 3 years in a strategic business partnering role.
