Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in Cape Coast, Ghana. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our business leaders, driving HR initiatives, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.

The Human Resources Business Partner will work closely with our business leaders to understand their HR needs, develop and implement HR strategies, and provide coaching and guidance on HR-related matters. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing employee relations, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic HR support to business leaders, including developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives
  • Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Provide coaching and guidance to business leaders on HR-related matters
  • Collaborate with other HR teams to ensure alignment and consistency in HR practices

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a telecommunications company
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience

At least 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a telecommunications company
