Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team in Bolgatanga, Ghana. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
The IT Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and operations to ensure that project deliverables meet business requirements and are aligned with the company’s overall strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation plans, and project schedules to ensure successful project delivery.
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and operations to ensure that project deliverables meet business requirements and are aligned with the company’s overall strategy.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop and implement risk management plans to ensure project success.
- Develop and manage project budgets, and ensure that projects are delivered within budget.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure that project deliverables meet their expectations.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience
At least 5 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
