Key Responsibilities

• Design and engineer solar, wind, and hybrid renewable energy systems tailored to Ghana’s climatic and grid conditions.
• Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and resource analyses to determine project viability.
• Develop detailed technical specifications, schematics, and procurement documents for equipment and services.

Required Skills

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related discipline is required. Advanced certifications or a Master’s degree in Renewable Energy Technology are highly desirable and will be considered an advantage during the selection process.

Experience

Applicants must have a minimum of five years of hands‑on experience in the renewable energy sector, with a proven track record of delivering successful solar, wind, or hybrid projects from concept through commissioning. Salary
