🧭 Position Overview
The Communications & Grant Support Officer (Volunteer) will play a key role in enhancing TDT’s communications strategy, grant writing efforts, and nonprofit visibility.

🔑 Key Responsibilities
📢 Communications & Visibility
- Manage and grow TDT’s digital communications and brand visibility across platforms
- Develop engaging content for social media, newsletters, and organizational reports
- Strengthen outreach through effective nonprofit communication strategies
✍️ Grant Writing & Resource Mobilization
- Support grant research, proposal writing, and donor engagement activities
- Assist in identifying funding opportunities for community development projects
- Contribute to strengthening TDT’s fundraising and resource mobilization efforts
📖 Storytelling & Impact Documentation
- Document and share stories highlighting community impact and development outcomes
- Create compelling narratives for stakeholders, donors, and partners
- Support reporting on nonprofit program achievements and results
🤝 Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the management team to align messaging with organizational goals and strategy
- Contribute to internal coordination and nonprofit programme communication efforts
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or related field
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills for NGO communications and content development
- Experience in grant writing, fundraising, or donor reporting is an added advantage
