Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of credit exposures across retail, SME, and corporate segments.
- Prepare regular portfolio performance reports, highlighting trends, risk concentrations, and early warning signals.
- Collaborate with credit officers to assess loan proposals, ensuring adherence to underwriting standards.
- Develop and maintain credit risk models, stress‑testing frameworks, and scenario analyses.
- Support the formulation of credit policy revisions based on data‑driven insights.
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure portfolio compliance with Basel III and local banking regulations.
- Present findings to senior management and the Board Risk Committee.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and statistical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Solid understanding of credit risk concepts, financial statement analysis, and loan structuring.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for report preparation and stakeholder presentations.
- Attention to detail, problem‑solving mindset, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Team player with collaborative attitude across risk, finance, and business units.
Education
A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required. Professional certifications such as CFA, FRM, or CPA are advantageous and demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning.
Experience
Applicants should have 3‑5 years of experience in credit analysis, portfolio management, or risk analytics within a banking or financial services environment. Prior exposure to loan underwriting, risk modeling, or regulatory reporting will be considered a strong asset.
Salary
The compensation package ranges from SSP 3,500 to SSP 5,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Performance‑based bonuses and annual salary reviews are part of the total rewards structure.
