Job Overview

Thales Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Asset Protection Specialist to join our team in Koforidua, Ghana. The successful candidate will be responsible for protecting the company’s digital assets from cyber threats and ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our data.

As a Digital Asset Protection Specialist, you will work closely with our cybersecurity team to identify and mitigate potential security risks, develop and implement security policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect the company’s digital assets
• Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability testing to identify potential security risks
• Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to respond to security incidents and ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our data
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including data protection and privacy laws
• Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on cybersecurity best practices

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity or a related field
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, including threat analysis, risk management, and incident response
• Experience with security technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
