Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic EdTech Curriculum Developer to design and implement cutting-edge educational content tailored for K-12 students in Ghana. This role is pivotal in aligning Eneza’s digital learning platforms with national educational standards while integrating interactive, culturally relevant materials. The ideal candidate will collaborate with educators, subject matter experts, and software developers to create engaging, standards-aligned curricula that enhance student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and curate digital learning content aligned with Ghana’s national curriculum standards (e.g., Ghana Education Service guidelines).
  • Collaborate with instructional designers and software engineers to integrate multimedia elements into educational platforms.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in existing curricula and propose innovative solutions.
  • Provide training and support to teachers on the effective use of EdTech tools and resources.
  • Evaluate the impact of digital learning modules through data analytics and user feedback.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in curriculum development for digital learning environments.
  • Proficiency in educational software (e.g., LMS platforms, content authoring tools).
  • Strong understanding of pedagogical strategies and learner-centered design principles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of Ghanaian educational frameworks and cultural contexts.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field. A Master’s Degree in Educational Technology is a plus.

Experience

3-5 years of experience in curriculum development, preferably in EdTech or formal education sectors.

Salary

15,000 – 20,000 SSP per month, commensurate with experience.
