Role Purpose

The Superintendent, Engineering Mine Infrastructure & Services will lead all mechanical maintenance, infrastructure reliability, repair, refurbishment, and operational engineering activities to ensure continuous and safe operation of critical underground mining systems.

• Fridge plants (KMS & GCS)

Key Responsibilities

1. Safety, Health & Environmental Management

The Superintendent will champion a zero-harm safety culture through proactive leadership and engineering risk control.

Option 2

Diploma in Engineering (Regulation 51 & 54 LI2182 compliant)

• Engineering Superintendent / Sectional Engineer / Inspecting Engineer Certificate of Competence from the Inspectorate Division of the Mineral Commission (IDMC)

AND

• Professional Engineer (PE) License from:
  • Ghana Institution of Engineering (GhIE) OR
  • Institution of Engineering and Technology, Ghana (IET-GH)

Required Experience
