Job Overview
The Head of Retail Operations will lead all operational aspects of the Ho store, ensuring seamless daily activities, optimal inventory management, and exceptional customer experiences. Reporting directly to the Regional Operations Director, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, implementing best practices, and fostering a culture of excellence among store teams. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all store functions including merchandising, inventory control, loss prevention, and customer service.
- Develop and execute operational strategies that increase sales, improve margin, and enhance store efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate store managers and department heads to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Analyze sales data, foot traffic, and market trends to make data‑driven decisions that boost profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards, maintaining a safe shopping environment.
- Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to optimize stock levels and reduce out‑of‑stock situations.
- Implement visual merchandising standards and promotional activities that align with brand guidelines.
- Manage the store’s P&L, controlling expenses while achieving revenue targets.

Minimum of eight years of progressive experience in retail operations, with at least three years in a senior leadership role overseeing multi‑departmental functions within a large store or chain.
Salary
The compensation package ranges from SSP 120,000 to SSP 180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The package includes performance‑based incentives, health benefits, and retirement contributions.
