A multinational building materials group established in 2009, focusing on the production, processing, sales, and export of products such as coated aluminum sheets and non-ferrous metal sheets. The group has been established for nearly 15 years, with an annual sales volume of over 250,000 tons. Products are sold to over 150 countries, with a total transaction volume exceeding 5,000 customers, and continued cooperation with over 2,000 clients. The group has established a complete industrial chain of one-stop procurement, production, transportation, warehousing management, and independent marketing networks.

The group has focused on expanding its overseas direct sales network since 2021 and is expected to establish at least 25 overseas branches by 2026.  

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Build a local tax prevention system to avoid risks; liaise with overseas local tax authorities, banks, or related departments.
• Supervise and guide cashiers on ledger and management account periods.
• Coordinate with headquarters finance; participate in formulation, decomposition, and statistics of relevant assessment indicators according to business objectives.
• Assist headquarters in the establishment and integration of financial systems.
• Cooperate with annual, quarterly, and monthly budgeting, as well as cost accounting for overseas entities.
• Review accounting-related information provided internally and externally.
• Prepare accounting statements and comprehensive financial analysis reports; understand local tax laws and tax planning.
• Manage financial documents such as supply chain procurement invoices and reimbursement records.
• Assist in developing local financial process systems, financial systems, and file management.
• Responsible for wage accounting and coordination.

Requirements

• Chinese background; fluent in English; bachelor’s degree or above in accounting or financial management.
• Minimum of 3 years’ work experience, including at least 1 year in cost finance, with knowledge of accounting and external reporting standards.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other office and financial software.
• Fluent in English as a working language.
• Rigorous, responsible, upright, with strong cross-departmental communication skills.
• At least 3 years of overseas accounting experience.
• Understanding of local laws and regulations in Africa; able to accept permanent residence overseas (e.g., Ghana).
