Key Responsibilities
The Platform Partnerships Officer will be responsible for:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with strategic partners, agribusiness stakeholders, NGOs, and institutional clients
- Supporting partnership development and onboarding activities to expand platform reach and engagement
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of partnership initiatives
- Managing stakeholder communications and preparing partnership reports and updates
- Monitoring partnership performance, engagement metrics, and project outcomes
- Conducting market research to identify collaboration opportunities and sector trends
- Supporting agricultural programs through regular communication and site visits
- Assisting in the planning of meetings, workshops, stakeholder events, and field activities
- Maintaining accurate documentation, contracts, and partner databases
- Representing the organization in meetings, networking opportunities, and industry engagements

Education and Qualifications
Applicants should possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, International Development, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or a related field
- Additional certification in partnership management, project management, stakeholder engagement, or development studies is an advantage
- Strong understanding of partnership ecosystems, agricultural value chains, project coordination, and client engagement
Experience Requirements
Ideal candidates should have:
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in partnerships, program coordination, account management, business development, NGO programs, or stakeholder engagement
- Experience working with agricultural programs, social enterprises, digital platforms, or development organizations is preferred
- Proven ability to manage external relationships and coordinate multiple stakeholders
- Experience in reporting, documentation, and project implementation support
