Job Description
The Coca-Cola Company is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Executive – Beverage Distribution to strengthen its sales operations in Sunyani and surrounding regions. The role is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding distribution networks, and ensuring strong brand presence across retail outlets, supermarkets, wholesalers, and hospitality partners.
The ideal candidate will work closely with regional distributors and retail partners to increase product availability and maintain high standards of merchandising and customer engagement. The Territory Sales Executive will also analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies that enhance market penetration and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets
Manage relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners
Monitor sales pipeline and regional sales performance metrics
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
Ensure proper product merchandising and in-store brand visibility
Coordinate promotional campaigns and trade marketing initiatives
Identify new business development opportunities and sales channels
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and territory performance analysis
Monitor inventory levels and distribution logistics to prevent stock shortages
Train and support retail partners on product knowledge and sales techniques
Required Skills
Strong sales negotiation and communication skills
Experience in FMCG distribution and retail sales management
Ability to manage territory sales planning and channel partnerships
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools
Excellent relationship management and customer engagement
