Position Summary

Africa World Airlines is seeking a customer-focused and knowledgeable Travel Consultant to assist clients with travel planning, reservations, itinerary management, and travel advisory services. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional travel experiences while supporting revenue growth through personalized travel solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consult with customers regarding domestic and international travel requirements.
  • Design customized travel itineraries based on client preferences and budgets.
  • Process airline reservations, hotel bookings, transportation arrangements, and travel packages.
  • Provide visa guidance and destination information where applicable.
  • Manage ticket issuance, modifications, cancellations, and refunds.
  • Promote travel products and value-added services.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person consultations.
  • Maintain accurate booking records and customer profiles.
  • Monitor travel regulations, airline policies, and destination updates.

Educational Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in travel consulting, tourism operations, customer service, or airline reservations.
