Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Design user interfaces for Adobe’s digital media platforms, prioritizing accessibility and usability.
  • Conduct user research to identify needs and pain points in Ghanaian digital ecosystems.
  • Collaborate with developers to implement responsive design solutions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive models using Adobe XD or Figma.
  • Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback iteratively.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in UX design tools (Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital media projects.
  • Understanding of user-centered design principles.

  • Fluency in both English and local languages (e.g., Twi, Ewe) is a plus.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Certifications in UX/UI design (e.g., Google UX Design Certificate) preferred.

Experience

  • 2-5 years of professional UX design experience.
  • Proven track record in digital media or SaaS platforms.

Salary

15,000 – 25,000 SSP per month, commensurate with experience.
