Job Overview

We are seeking a highly proficient Hydraulic Systems Designer to join our specialized R&D team in Bawku. This role is critical to our mission of developing next-generation heavy equipment capable of operating in extreme environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end design, simulation, and testing of complex hydraulic circuits that power our excavators, loaders, and graders.   • Deep knowledge of hydraulic principles, including Pascal’s Law, fluid viscosity, and pressure regulation.

  • Expertise in selecting hydraulic components based on load, pressure, and flow requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities to address mechanical and fluid-related design challenges.

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a closely related field is mandatory. Candidates with a Master’s degree in Fluid Mechanics or specialized Hydraulic Engineering will be given preference.

Experience

A minimum of 5 to 7 years of professional experience in hydraulic system design within the heavy machinery or automotive industry is required. Proven experience in using simulation software for fluid dynamics is highly desirable. Candidates should have a track record of managing complex design projects from concept to production.

Salary
