We are seeking a Digital Learning Experience Designer to join our team in Bolgatanga, Ghana. As a Digital Learning Experience Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and engaging learning experiences for our students. You will work closely with our subject matter experts, instructional designers, and developers to design and develop digital learning materials that meet the needs of our learners.

You will be responsible for designing and developing digital learning experiences that are aligned with our company’s mission and values. You will work closely with our stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences, and you will use your expertise in instructional design and digital learning to create innovative solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop digital learning experiences that meet the needs of our learners
- Work closely with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and developers to create innovative learning solutions
- Conduct needs analysis and learner research to inform the design of digital learning experiences
- Develop prototypes and test digital learning experiences with learners
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that digital learning experiences meet their needs and preferences
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in instructional design or digital learning
- Expertise in instructional design models and methodologies
- Experience with digital learning technologies, including learning management systems and authoring tools
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
