Job Overview
We are seeking a Digital Learning Experience Designer to join our team in Accra, Ghana. As a Digital Learning Experience Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging and effective digital learning experiences for our customers.
You will work closely with our subject matter experts, instructional designers, and developers to create high-quality digital learning content that meets the needs of our customers. You will also be responsible for conducting user research, testing, and evaluation to ensure that our digital learning experiences are meeting the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging and effective digital learning experiences for our customers
- Conduct user research, testing, and evaluation to ensure that our digital learning experiences are meeting the needs of our customers
- Work closely with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and developers to create high-quality digital learning content
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our digital learning experiences are aligned with our business goals and objectives
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital learning experience design
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. instructional design, education, communications)
- 3-5 years of experience in digital learning experience design
- Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design principles
- Experience with digital learning authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Education
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. instructional design, education, communications)
