Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Cape Coast, Ghana. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods and ensuring that our customers’ shipments are delivered on time and in good condition.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in logistics and supply chain management, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the movement of goods from origin to destination, ensuring that shipments are delivered on time and in good condition.
  • Communicate with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and that any issues are resolved promptly.
  • Monitor and track shipments, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise during transit.
  • Collaborate with other teams, including operations, customs clearance, and warehousing, to ensure that shipments are handled efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and other partners to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
