Job Overview

We are seeking an Investment Banking Analyst to join our team in Ho, Ghana. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing analytical support to our investment banking team, assisting in the execution of transactions, and developing financial models. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to join a leading international bank and develop their skills in investment banking.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt capital markets, and restructuring
• Develop financial models to analyze and evaluate investment opportunities
• Conduct industry and market research to identify trends and opportunities
• Assist in the preparation of pitch books, presentations, and other marketing materials
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in investment banking or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
