Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the hydroelectric power plant, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs, ensuring the plant operates within budget.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules, ensuring the plant is well-maintained and operates at optimal levels.
- Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure the plant operates efficiently.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the plant operates in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Required Skills
- At least 8 years of experience in hydroelectric power plant management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Experience
