Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the hydroelectric power plant, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs, ensuring the plant operates within budget.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules, ensuring the plant is well-maintained and operates at optimal levels.
• Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure the plant operates efficiently.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the plant operates in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Required Skills

• At least 8 years of experience in hydroelectric power plant management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education
