Job Overview

Adom Media Group is hiring an Audio Engineering Specialist to join our dynamic team in Accra. This role will focus on designing, recording, and mastering high-quality audio content for broadcast, digital platforms, and live events. Key Responsibilities

  • Record, mix, and master audio for radio, TV, and digital content.
  • Design soundscapes and effects for multimedia productions.
  • Collaborate with producers and directors to achieve creative vision.
  • Maintain and optimize audio equipment and software.
  • Conduct live sound engineering for events and broadcasts.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in digital audio workstations (DAWs) like Pro Tools or Logic Pro.
  • Strong understanding of acoustics and sound theory.
  • Experience with microphone techniques and studio recording.
  • Ability to troubleshoot audio hardware/software issues.
  • Creativity in sound design and post-production.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Audio Engineering, Music Technology, or related field.
  • Certifications in sound engineering or music production are advantageous.

Experience

  • 3-5 years in audio engineering for broadcast or multimedia.
  • Proven portfolio of audio projects in music or media production.

Salary

150,000 – 250,000 SSP per annum, commensurate with experience.
