Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Augmented Reality Developer to join our team in Wenchi. This role involves designing and implementing AR solutions for enterprise applications, including smart manufacturing, remote training, and interactive customer experiences. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable AR platforms that align with Ericsson’s vision of a connected future.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop augmented reality applications using Unity3D and ARKit/ARCore.
- Integrate AR solutions with IoT devices and cloud-based systems for real-time data visualization.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive user interfaces for AR platforms.
- Test and optimize AR applications for performance, scalability, and cross-platform compatibility.
- Provide technical support and documentation for deployed AR solutions.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in C# and Unity3D for AR/VR development.
- Experience with AR frameworks like ARKit, ARCore, or Vuforia.
- Strong understanding of 3D modeling tools (Blender, Maya) and asset optimization.
- Knowledge of cloud integration (AWS, Azure) and API development.
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on user-centric design principles.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Advanced certifications in AR/VR development are a plus.
Experience
- 3-5 years of professional experience in AR/VR software development.
- Portfolio demonstrating AR applications in enterprise or consumer contexts.

- 10,000 – 15,000 SSP per month, depending on experience and performance.
