Job Overview
We are seeking a highly meticulous Aviation Safety Auditor to join our specialized compliance team in Tamale. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular internal audits of flight operations and maintenance procedures to ensure compliance with international safety standards.
- Identify systemic risks within the aviation lifecycle and recommend proactive mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with technical teams to investigate safety incidents and perform root cause analysis.
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.
- Monitor the implementation of corrective action plans across various departments.
- Stay updated on evolving global aviation safety regulations and integrate them into local protocols.

- In-depth knowledge of ICAO and GCAA aviation safety regulations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex technical data.

Education
A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation Management, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field is mandatory. Professional certifications such as Lead Auditor certification or specialized aviation safety credentials are highly preferred.
Experience
Candidates must possess between 5 to 7 years of direct experience in aviation safety auditing or quality assurance within a commercial airline or aerospace manufacturing environment. Proven experience in navigating regulatory frameworks is essential for success in this role.
Salary
The monthly salary for this position ranges from SSP 12,000 to SSP 18,000, depending on the candidate’s expertise and professional certifications.
