Key Duties and Responsibilities (Job Description)
The Credit Officer will be responsible for:
Client Prospecting & Business Development
- Prospecting and acquiring new clients within assigned communities, regions, and target markets.
- Promoting loan products and financial services to potential customers.
- Identifying opportunities for portfolio growth and customer expansion.
- Conducting community outreach and customer sensitization programs.
Client Relationship Management
- Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Loan Assessment & Credit Analysis

- Recommending suitable loan products based on client needs and eligibility.
Loan Processing & Documentation
- Supporting loan application processing and approval procedures.

- Verifying accuracy and completeness of supporting documents.
- Maintaining confidential and accurate customer files.
