Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Ho, Ghana. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and increase revenue. They will work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with existing clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the financial services industry and a proven track record of success in business development. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and increase revenue
• Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with existing clients

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory bodies
